Hi, I’m Lauren Rose, a registered intern in Florida with over a decade of experience in the mental health field. I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ individuals and couples, supporting those navigating life transitions, identity exploration, and relationship concerns.

My approach is laid-back, transparent, and deeply client-centered. I believe therapy should feel like a safe and affirming space where you can be yourself without judgment. In our work together, I meet you where you are, focusing on your strengths while creating room for growth and healing.

Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, facing family conflict, financial stress, or struggling with self-esteem and self-love. Others are looking for support as they explore their sexual identity, strengthen relationships, or find their sense of purpose. During our sessions, I adapt my style to your needs—sometimes offering gentle reflection and other times being more direct when clarity is needed. New clients can expect our first session to feel relaxed and conversational, giving us space to build trust, explore your goals, and create a plan that feels meaningful to you.

I believe living a better life looks different for everyone. For some, it may mean less anxiety or greater confidence; for others, it’s about healthier habits, stronger relationships, or more time for joy. My role is to help you define what “better” looks like for you and walk alongside you as you work toward it. My specialties include LGBTQ+ affirming care, relationship concerns, work and life transitions, anxiety, and depression. I also integrate mindfulness and body awareness into sessions when it aligns with your goals, creating a holistic approach to growth and healing. I offer therapy in person in Boynton Beach, Florida and virtually in Colorado.
