In education, the demands never seem to stop...late nights grading, early mornings planning, and the constant pressure to show up for students and families.

Add personal struggles or the weight of past trauma, and it can feel impossible to catch your breath.

I help teachers, principals, administrators, and parents of students create space to pause, heal, and rebuild resilience. In our work together, you’ll have a safe place to set down what’s been heavy and discover practical tools to feel calmer, stronger, and more connected again.

I bring over 15 years of experience in the mental health field including work as a school counselor, forensic interviewer, and trauma specialist. I’ve helped survivors of abuse and violence, supported families through complex transitions, and guided clients of all ages through healing and growth. My approach is warm, compassionate, and client-centered. Therapy with me is a judgment-free space where you can be your full self, even if you’re still figuring out who that is.

In session, I focus on helping clients identify the patterns, beliefs, and relationships that are holding them back and gently challenge those with evidence-based practices like grounding techniques, communication skills, and parts work, which involves exploring and understanding the different emotional parts of yourself (like the inner critic or the part that avoids conflict) so you can respond to them with more compassion and control. You can expect to gain insight into how your past is showing up in the present, explore your values, and begin building a life that reflects who you truly are.

I hold a Master of Education in Counseling and am a Licensed School Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate in Colorado. I have specialized training in trauma recovery, including Internal Family Systems (IFS) and over three years of forensic training supporting individuals who have experienced abuse, neglect, or domestic violence. I am also an approved provider through Crime Victims Compensation (1st Judicial District).

As an LGBTQ+ ally and inclusive provider, I welcome clients from all backgrounds and walks of life. I believe therapy should be a collaborative journey and while it can be challenging, it can also be incredibly rewarding. If you're ready to begin, I’d be honored to walk with you.
