Tiffany is a seasoned professional with a dedicated focus on business management, leveraging her wealth of experience in the veterinary medicine field. Over the years, she has honed her skills and expertise, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in all her endeavors. Tiffany’s vision extends beyond conventional business objectives; she aspires to foster a thriving and inclusive environment for all. Her passion for community outreach is evident in her desire to connect with and support local communities. As a forward-thinking individual, she envisions herself as a liaison advocating for mental health, contributing to the creation of a supportive and empathetic community. Jeremy Anderson

Jeremy E. Anderson, LCSW, LAC

CLINICAL DIRECTOR

Jeremy Anderson is a Master of Social Work and currently holds advanced licensure as a clinical social worker and addictions counselor. Jeremy received his bachelor’s and master’s degree from Florida Atlantic University’s Sandler School of Social Work and has over 6 years of experience in the field of social work. Jeremy is passionate about helping individuals overcome personal challenges and embrace meaningful change. As a psychotherapist, Jeremy views therapy from the psychodynamic perspective while utilizing the following modalities: CBT, DBT, ACT, Solution Focused and TF-CBT.

Jeremy has extensive clinical training in the fields of mental health, substance use, and life counseling, and is experienced in treating a wide range of challenges. Jeremy has practiced at all levels of care including Detoxification, residential facilities, and outpatient. Jeremy has served his clients in various roles as a Support Specialist, Case Manager, Therapist and Executive Director. In addition to his professional experience, Jeremy has worked with children and families involved in the juvenile justice system, served as a volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Palm Beaches and is involved with many community organizations working with at-risk youth.

THERAPIST

Cassi Grinton is a Licensed School Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate with a strong background supporting children, survivors of abuse, and individuals navigating trauma and the educational system. She brings warmth and compassion to her work, recognizing the many strengths clients carry with them into therapy.
 

Cassi values the therapeutic relationship and believes in meeting clients where they are. Her approach is collaborative, working together with each individual to explore present challenges while understanding how past experiences may be shaping current thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Cassi is committed to helping her clients move toward healing and reach their fullest potential.

Danicia Bates, ADDC

THERAPIST

Danicia possesses a Master of Science in Addiction Counseling from Grand Canyon University and is on the path to becoming a licensed Addiction Counselor. Her commitment to holistic care, coupled with her dedication to promoting whole health and enduring recovery, defines her professional journey.


Operating from a strength-based perspective, Danicia's core objective is to empower individuals to discover their purpose and break free from the burdens of trauma, mental health issues, and addiction. She understands that every person's journey is distinctive, and she meets her clients exactly where they are in their path to healing.


Danicia expertly employs evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Trauma-Informed Care. These approaches enable her to address cognitive patterns, enhance motivation, and provide a compassionate space for those who have experienced trauma.

THERAPIST

Lauren Rose is a registered intern in Florida with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. She specializes in working with LGBTQ+ individuals and couples, supporting clients through life transitions, identity exploration, and relationship concerns. Her approach is laid-back, transparent, and client-centered, creating a safe and affirming space for growth and healing.

She helps clients navigate challenges such as family conflict, financial stress, self-esteem struggles, anxiety, and depression. Sessions are tailored to each person’s needs, sometimes reflective, other times more direct, always focused on building trust and clarity.

Lauren’s specialties include LGBTQ+ affirming care, relationship concerns, life transitions, anxiety, and depression. She also incorporates mindfulness and body awareness when it aligns with client goals. She offers therapy in person in Boynton Beach, Florida, and virtually in Colorado.
